Conditions for accepting a dog into care at a dog hotel

Before your first stay, we welcome a non-binding visit to the hotel, where you can try out how your dog gets along with our female dogs and other hotel visitors. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, the following conditions must be met for a dog to be accepted into our dog hotel:

Valid vaccination

• The dog must have valid vaccinations against rabies and canine diseases. Please present the vaccination certificate upon arrival.

• We also recommend vaccination against kennel cough (due to the high concentration of dogs, there is a risk of infection).

Parasite-free

• The dog must be free of all internal and external parasites (fleas, ticks, worms, etc.). We recommend applying antiparasitic agents before the stay.

Good health

• We only accept dogs in good health. The dog must not show any signs of infectious disease such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting or coughing.

• If your dog takes medication regularly or has a chronic illness, you must inform us about this when booking and bring the medication with you when you arrive.

Nature and socialization

• The dog must be friendly and well socialized and have at least basic obedience skills to be able to share spaces with other dogs. If the dog has problems with aggression or is too nervous in the presence of other dogs, it is necessary to consult us in advance.

• In the event of aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to not accept a dog that could pose a risk to other dogs or staff.

Dog's age

• We accept dogs over 4 months old. We will also accept younger puppies, but they must be fully vaccinated and able to function independently without their mother.

• By law, every dog must be microchipped from the age of 6 months.

Special needs

• If your dog has specific eating habits, allergies or requires special care, it is necessary to consult with us in advance and provide the necessary equipment and instructions.

Signing a care contract

• Before accepting a dog into the hotel, the customer must sign a care agreement that includes all conditions of stay, information about the dog, and the owner's contact details.

• The contract also includes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Acceptance.

Deposit and prepayment

• A deposit is required for a binding reservation, the amount of which will be agreed upon confirmation of the reservation.

• Payment for the stay must be made no later than the dog's arrival at the hotel.

• If your dog's stay in our hotel is shortened, the payment for the stay will not be refunded.

• These conditions are set to ensure the highest level of care and safety for all dogs in our hotel. If any of the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to not accept the dog into our care.
